By default home cleaning is tied with 1 month contract for weekly cleaning. For commercial it is based on stipulated contract during sign up.
It’s advisable to choose the right package for your house/office size. If you have less than 3 rooms and 2 bathroons, the basic Express Package one off cleaning is suitable. However, if you have not clean the house for a long period of time such as vacant house, newly renovated, move in/out or spring cleaning, then pick Post Renovation should cover all the necessary.
Yes. It’s advisable customer to be at home on time to receipt our cleaner so work can be done on time.
We have a coverage policy of up to RM200.00 insured** coverage in case of any damage done by our team members. Customer is advisable to add-on the policy during purchase.
**Insured items are all in good condition or not partially damaged or historically repair. A CCTV footage should speed up your insured policy.
Yes! We will advise you the right package to subscribe. It’s to ensure ample time for cleaner to do the job. However, if customer insist to subscribe to another package it shall subject to time availability for the cleaning process.
